I see myself and beyond myself, I gaze to another world within myself.
Inside an impossible and yet familiar space, a glimpse of our fragility, the strenuous search for preservation and celebration. Eyes are dancing between the visceral, the magical.
In between a border. Is it real or imaginary? My eyes are the portal between dimensions: let me show you what I see when I break through the wall. Between fiction and scientific scrutiny I choose agency.
Outside, in the white and silver box, I spy other eyes, some are breathing, some are quiet mechanical observers. Their gaze is a scan and a database. Firmly, I look back at them when I want. I decide: they can’t see inside. I reveal. I am the screen and the shadow that obscures any other vision. In this world, my body is a whole.
